The aim of the Gender Equality Plan for the period 2022-2026 is to maintain and further strengthen the activities of NRPI, public research institution, in the field of equal opportunities. The NRPI is committed to gender equality and social responsibility within its community and in the wider environment. Regular data analysis including information on gender, age, type of job, salary and other indicators for female and male employees provides information on the dynamics of gender equality. The specificities of work and research in radiation protection, as well as the different biological and social characteristics of women and men, are taken into account when developing gender rules. Based on the principles of mutual respect, any kind of violence, including gender-based violence or outright sexual harassment, is not tolerated.
